Just two hours north of San Francisco in the heart of Mendocino’s stunning Anderson Valley lies The Knotty Oak, a one-of-a-kind venue for your wedding, elopement, reunion or event of any kind that you and your guests will always remember.

We’re nestled right off Highway 128 just northwest of the charming towns of Yorkville and Boonville, in Philo - the jewel of the Valley, near the Navarro River and on Indian Creek, with the most scenic of wineries, vistas, vineyards & redwood groves.

We are available for all types of wedding events and ceremonies and enjoy including all sorts of traditions. Whether they've been performed for thousands of years or will be done for the first time, every expression of love and commitment is beautiful and deserves a celebration! We are here to make the right wedding for you, whoever you are and whoever you love. We want to give you a day that is unique, personal and without worry for you and your guests. To ensure this we try to accommodate and assist your guests with dietary restrictions, spiritual/religious concerns, disabilities, a need for a good talk, fashion questions, and anything else that comes up in whatever way we can. In short, don't hesitate to ask because this is your day and we're here for you.

We are also close to some of the other wonderful venues here in Anderson Valley, so if you need overflow accommodations, or a venue just for a rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch ask us about our availability.

OUR MOST REQUESTED WEDDING PACKAGE

Rental includes the entire 24 acre property for 3 days and 3 nights to use as you see fit.  This includes 3 nights lodging for up to 26 guests across our property including The Homestead, Sugar Pine Cabin & The Schoolhouse homes. Glamping tent rentals can also be set up for additional guests. You get your choice of ceremony and reception locations on the property along with the opportunity to host pre & post celebratory events as well, and everyone will enjoy our private Indian Creek access for a dip.
